What time is check in and check out?

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in or check-out may be possible subject to availability. Please speak to us on the day of your arrival or departure to see what’s possible.

Can you store my bags?

We’re more than happy to store your luggage free of charge during your stay, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us on the day you check-in or check-out while you head out to explore.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking. These can be found on the website you used to book your stay and in your booking confirmation email that you were sent.

Do you have any pet friendly rooms?

Unfortunately, none of our rooms can accommodate pets.

Are your rooms child friendly?

Whilst our rooms aren’t set up specifically with young children in mind, we will do what we can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please contact us if you have any particular requirements for your family and we will do our best to help.

Is parking available?

Yes, there are a limited number of complimentary parking bays available at the front of the property.

Is there a concierge?

Live-in managers Bertie and Cornel are always happy to help with recommendations and reservations, whether you’re in touch prior to or during your stay. They have a wealth of knowledge of things to do in the local area.
